Reporting to the Director, Asset Management, the Project Manager, Capital Projects is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing capital infrastructure projects across all SCF campuses. This includes managing building renovations, infrastructure upgrades, and new construction projects from inception to closeout. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in accordance with SCF’s values, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will lead all project phases, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk management, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and building standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Consider applying to this role if you have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, along with 5–7 years of relevant experience (preferably in healthcare or institutional settings), are required. A PMP designation is an asset. This role demands a proactive, solutions-oriented leader capable of managing multiple complex projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
