The Opportunity

Hourly Rate of Pay: $19.80-$24.55
The Home Care Attendant provides personal care to assigned residents and clients under the direction of a regulated nurse and/or Program Manager (PM) or Clinical Supervisor (CS) in accordance with the plan of care. The Home Care Attendant provides support, advocacy, and choice to residents, clients, and their families to ensure the highest quality of resident and client focused care achievable within the Mission, Vision and Values of SCF.
