Home Care Attendants provide personal care to assigned residents and clients under the direction of a regulated nurse, Program Manager, or Clinical Supervisor and in accordance with the plan of care. The Home Care Attendant provides support, advocacy, and choice to residents, clients, and their families to ensure the highest quality of resident and client focused care achievable within the Mission, Vision and Values of Shepherd’s Care Foundation.
Consider applying if you are registered with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses and Health Care Aides of Alberta (CLHA), completed your Bridging Modules, if required, can read, write, and speak English effectively, and have strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
