Reporting to the Vice Presidents of Finance and Human Resources, the Executive Assistant (EA) provides administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of both VP offices. This is a split position, equally supporting both the Finance and Human Resources functions. The EA demonstrates exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, and acts as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders when needed. The EA represents the organization with professionalism, discretion, and a strong commitment to service excellence at all times.
We invite applications from individuals who possess a post-secondary diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline, complemented by three (3) to five (5) years of progressive experience in office administration and executive-level secretarial support within a corporate or senior management environment.
The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively. Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite—including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook—is essential. Experience within a healthcare setting will be considered a strong asset.
