Zero Tolerance Policy

Shepherd’s Care Foundation is committed to our mission of Living Life in a Caring, Christian Environment.

Shepherd’s Care Foundation has a “zero tolerance” policy for any kind of abuse, harassment, or aggression by anyone in our facilities – this includes visitors, family members, team members, and volunteers.

Abuse, harassment, and aggression includes but is not limited to any words, actions, or gestures which are threatening to the health, safety, well-being, and autonomy of those who work, visit, and volunteer at Shepherd’s Care.

Anyone who is deemed to be in violation of this policy will be notified and may be asked to leave the premises. Repeated offenders may be asked to meet with senior management. In extreme circumstances Shepherd’s Care reserves the right to further restrict visitation or ban offenders from our premises.

Shepherd’s Care team members are empowered to enforce this policy.
