What is Cubigo and what does it do?

Cubigo is a free app for families that will allow you to self-schedule visits with your loved one, including completing the health screening questions in advance, as well as access real time information about your loved one’s site. 

Effective July 8, you will also notice electronic screening at our sites. If you do not use Cubigo or do not screen in advance, you will now complete the questions on an electronic kiosk.

How do I get it?

All Designated Family Support Persons (DFSPs) will receive a custom email invite which directs you to download the app. Our staff are reaching out to all DFSPs to get their email addresses. You can also email your information (name, loved one’s name and location, email) to

How is my data protected?

All personal information collected through Cubigo is used for its stated purpose and will not be distributed or sold. Cubigo is in compliance with all applicableprovincial and federal privacy legislation.

Is Cubigo mandatory?

No. However, on our last family survey, 78% of families asked for electronic and self-service options for screening and visit scheduling, so we made a commitment to deliver these options.
