Recreation Aide – Summer Position

The Opportunity

Eight week position – 35 Hours Weekly

Hourly Rate of Pay: $18.00

Reporting to the Recreation Therapy Manager, the Recreation Aide assists in the development and implementation of therapeutic recreational programming and interventions with a focus on resident safety and choice in accordance with the resident’s plan of care.

Consider applying if you are currently enrolled in a Therapeutic Recreation program or have an interest in Therapeutic Recreation, have demonstrated skills in gerontology/recreation therapy; can read, write, and speak English effectively; and have strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Education credentials with health care related fields will also be considered
