The Opportunity

Bi-Weekly Hours: 70

Hourly Rate of Pay: $18.00

Location: Shepherd’s Care Administration Office: 12601 135 Avenue, Edmonton, AB

Reporting to the Vice President, Fund Development and Communications, the Fund Development Coordinator supports and executes fundraising initiatives to grow and diversify Shepherd’s Care Foundation’s philanthropic revenue. This role is responsible for developing fundraising programs, supporting donor relations, and ensuring accurate donation processing while maintaining compliance with applicable legislation.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-focused, and has strong communication skills with a passion for not-for-profit work. An undergraduate degree in a related field and one to three years of experience in fund development and donor relations are required. Event planning experience, knowledge of charitable regulations, and a valid driver’s license are considered assets.

Canada Summer Job Grant Youth Requirements

  • Be between 18 and 30 years of age at the start of the employment;
