The Opportunity
Permanent Full Time – FTE 1.0 – 77.5 Biweekly Hours
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Reporting to the Chief Financial & Information Officer (CFO & CIO), the Director, Finance provides comprehensive organizational support to SCF and any related entities and client organizations by utilizing financial and management expertise, creative, innovative, strategic thinking, business insight, leadership, and problem-solving skills to develop conclusions to assist in direct operating decisions that achieve SCF’s goals and objectives.
Consider applying if you have an accounting designation and/or a recognized Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, 5+ years of experience developing innovative planning/programs at a senior financial level, advanced MS Office Suite skills, and extensive knowledge of payroll law and collective bargaining agreements in a complex, multi‐stakeholder environment
Experience using LEAN training, Great Plain Dynamics financials, and MIS Compliant Chart of Accounts & Questica budgeting software are considered strong assets.
