Hourly Rate of Pay: As per Collective Agreement between Shepherd’s Care Foundation and United Nurses of Alberta (UNA).
Reporting to the Director of Care or Program Manager, the RN/RPN is a key member of the clinical care team. RNs/RPNs ensure that residents receive safe quality care by providing leadership in the coordination, communication, assessment, planning, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of resident care needs.
Consider applying if you if you are in good standing with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta or the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Alberta and have demonstrated leadership skills and experience in gerontology, RAI MDS, and complex care settings.
