The Opportunity

Permanent Full Time Position – 1.0 FTE – 77.5 Hours Biweekly

Hourly Rate of Pay: $24.84 – $31.06

Reporting to the Manager, Finance, the Accounts Payable Clerk scans and uploads all the invoices, verifies invoice coding, processing and payment, and responds to supplier inquiries. The Clerk will prepare monthly and year-end accounts payable reports and effectively manage payables communication with suppliers. The Accounts Payable Clerk must have a sound knowledge of accounting procedures, excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Consider applying if you have High School Diploma supplemented by related general accounting courses and several years of general accounting experience with an emphasis on payables and purchasing processes. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and Microsoft Office is preferred.
