Supportive Living with Dementia (SL4-D)
 The Supportive Living with Dementia (SL4-D) program (also known as Enhanced Designated Assisted Living) offers all of the care and services provided in the SL4 program within a secure, safe, living environment. Shepherd's Care Foundation has two of these unique care settings which are designed to provide a safe sanctuary and maximize and enhance the quality of life for those with moderate to late-stage dementia. Although medical science has yet to find a cure for Alzheimer's disease and related memory loss, Shepherd's Care is committed to providing compassionate care in the best designed living environments for those who need our help.
