About the Group
Raised in a Christian home, The Pilkey Sisters have been performing for audiences since the ages of 5, 6, and 7. They began their humble career in early 2001, singing Southern Gospel Music in a White Rock Community Church that served meals on Sunday evenings to the less fortunate.
Known for their tightly-blended, angelic harmonies, The Pilkey Sisters have performed throughout the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland BC, singing at many church events, missions fundraisers, as well as a variety of corporate events. Most recently The Pilkey Sisters were showcased at the 2017 GMA Covenant Awards, where they were nominated as New Artist of the Year. They are also grateful to have had opportunities to open for Young Street Vocal Band, The Booth Brothers, The Ball Brothers, and are looking forward to returning to perform at the 2017 Canadian Gospel Music Celebration in Red Deer, Alberta.
After years of singing gospel music together, and through their own story of personal hardship with the sudden loss of their father in 2011, they have come to experience God’s love and grace in a way that solidified for them that God’s Word and His promises are true; Christ is our “Saviour” and our only “Hope” is in Him. ".... Our fears for today, our worries about tomorrow, and even the powers of hell cannot keep God’s love away." Romans 8:38
With an astounding and soaring blend of vocals, and a passion that shines through every word, The Pilkey Sisters’ desire to deliver the gospel message through song, both ministering to the needs of others and bringing hope for an eternal future that far surpasses anything we could imagine.
