Management Services

In the past few years, other organizations have started approaching us for help getting their seniors’ buildings up and running.  Shepherd’s Care’s leadership is being recognized by an increasing number of organizations who need help with policies and procedures, planning and commissioning buildings, or providing the operations management expertise required to ensure a building is licensed and able to maintain standards of operation in the province.  We are pleased to share our expertise to enable other organizations to offer quality care and services to their seniors.

The Ashbourne (SH, SL-4)

In 2007 Shepherd’s Care Foundation assumed the operating contract for this 110 suite supportive housing operation which is owned by the Garneau United Church Assisted Living Place.  This building has a block funded home care contract with Alberta Health Services  and 27 newly-opened supportive living units for those who require these services.  Meals, housekeeping, and laundry services are available as well as 24-hour emergency pendant.
