Long Term Care (LTC)
For individuals with complex health needs requiring the services of a registered nurse (RN) on a 24-hour basis, Long Term Care may be a suitable option.
Within this setting, residents enjoy private or shared accommodation within one of our two long term care centers. Our person-centered philosophy of care provides compassion, choice, autonomy, and dignity, no matter what your care needs or preferences are.
Our interdisciplinary care team consists of expertise from nursing, physician services, recreation, physical and occupational therapy, pharmacy, chaplaincy, and social work. Working in collaboration with you and your family, this team designs a plan of care that is right for you. Admittance to the long term care program is accessed through Alberta Health Services.
