There are 182 privately owned condominiums at the Kensington Campus (with apartment and bungalow options). Your daily living can be enhanced with our supportive staff and service packages can be added for those who want meals, companion care, housekeeping, laundry, portering, daily safety checks, or a variety of other services. All of the Kensington on-site services are accessible to condo owners.
The Kensington building has a block-funded home care contract with Alberta Health Services for people who need home care, which means that familiar Shepherd’s Care staff provide the services, instead of people from an outside agency. A guest room is available for out of town visitors, and there is a private bus for resident out trips.
There is a beautifully landscaped, wheelchair accessible courtyard used often for barbeques and family visits. Building amenities include an auditorium, on-site clinics, outdoor patios, a beauty salon, gift shop and banking.
Pastoral care service is offered to all Kensington residents.
